Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 22, 2026
1. About this policy
Lost Media Group LLC operates lostmediagroup.com from Florida, United States. This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this website or contact us.
2. Information you provide
When you submit our Contact form, we receive the information you enter: your name, email address, company, website, business goals, challenges, previous efforts, approximate annual revenue and how you heard about us. Some fields are optional. If you email us directly, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to include.
Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox using MXRoute, and we send a short confirmation to the email address you provide. Our business email is received and managed through Microsoft 365. We use your inquiry to understand your business, evaluate potential work and respond.
The form may also include campaign parameters, your landing page and the referring page, when available. Our website keeps this attribution information in browser session storage for the current tab so it can accompany your inquiry. This helps us understand how people find us. We omit query strings from the landing-page and referrer values; campaign parameters are captured separately.
Please do not include passwords, financial account details, health information or other sensitive personal information unnecessary for a business inquiry.
3. Website requests and hosting
The website is hosted through Cloudways. Loading a page requires your browser to communicate with the hosting infrastructure, which receives technical request information such as your IP address and the requested resource. Hosting systems may keep access or security logs.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate form submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile processes technical browser and device signals, including network information such as your IP address. See Cloudflare’s Privacy Policy for information about its processing.
Our form also uses validation, spam checks, rate limiting and duplicate-submission controls. These controls process IP addresses, email addresses and submission identifiers, and retain limited technical records such as hashed identifiers, timestamps and delivery status. The form handler does not maintain a separate database of inquiry messages; delivered inquiries remain in our email systems.
4. Fonts and external requests
This website loads the DM Sans and Manrope typefaces from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to request the font files and styles, exposing technical request information such as your IP address and browser request headers to Google.
For information about Google’s handling of data, see Google’s Privacy Policy.
5. Analytics, advertising and cookies
We use Google Tag Manager to manage optional analytics and marketing tools. These tools are blocked until you choose to allow their category. You can accept all, reject optional tools, or choose categories separately. Use in the footer or here to change or withdraw consent at any time. We store your choice on your device for up to 180 days.
Analytics: Google Analytics 4 (GA4) helps us understand page visits and successful inquiries. Microsoft Clarity helps us understand navigation through heatmaps and session recordings. These services may process cookie identifiers, browser and device information, approximate location and interactions with the site. Clarity is excluded from our contact page; form fields are also explicitly marked for masking. GA4 inquiry events do not include your name, email address, company, message or submission identifier. Page URLs sent to GA4 exclude query strings and fragments, and referrers are limited to their origin.
Marketing: Meta (Facebook) Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag help measure advertising and support audience creation and remarketing. With your permission, they may receive identifiers, page visits and technical information and connect it with information they hold about you. These tags are excluded from the contact page. We do not send the contents of contact inquiries to these tools.
Google processes IP addresses during GA4 collection but states that GA4 does not log or store them. Optional tags are disabled during ordinary staging visits; explicitly enabled quality-assurance visits may test them. Essential hosting, form-security processing and Google Fonts requests do not depend on these optional choices.
Learn more about Google’s use of information from partner sites, Microsoft’s privacy practices, Meta’s privacy practices and LinkedIn’s privacy practices. You can also manage cookies and site storage in your browser or use Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Withdrawing consent stops future optional tracking; it does not undo earlier processing. Cookies set on a provider’s own domain may need to be managed through that provider or your browser.
6. How information is used and shared
We use information to respond to inquiries, discuss potential engagements, maintain business communications, operate and protect the website, and understand how people find and use it.
Service providers process information needed to perform their roles: Cloudways for hosting, Cloudflare for form-abuse protection, MXRoute for transactional email delivery, Microsoft 365 for our business inbox, Google for fonts and tag management, and Google, Microsoft, Meta and LinkedIn for the optional services described above. The contact form is not connected to a CRM.
We do not sell personal information as contact databases for money. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or reasonably necessary to address unlawful activity or protect legal rights.
7. Retention and security
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the purpose for which it was received, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable legal obligations. Inquiry emails, hosting logs and technical anti-abuse records serve different purposes and may be retained for different periods.
Form processing includes server-side validation and authenticated, encrypted email delivery. Access to the form’s service credentials is restricted to the server. No method of internet transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure. Please limit your inquiry to the information we need to discuss your business.
8. Privacy requests and your choices
You can choose which optional information to include in an inquiry, manage browser cookies and site storage, and change your analytics and marketing choices using Privacy choices.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, or to restrict, object to or opt out of certain uses.
Contact nathan@lostmediagroup.com with your request. We may need information to verify your identity and understand the request. Rights and exceptions vary with applicable law.
9. International visitors
The website is operated from the United States. Information you provide may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
10. Children
This website is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.
11. Third-party links
External websites and services have their own privacy practices. We do not control those practices. Review the relevant provider’s policy before giving information to an external service.
12. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as the website or our practices change. The revision date above identifies the current version. Any changes will be posted on this page.
